Hello people. this would be my first time writing a series. So, i hope you guys can leave some comments so that i can improve :)
"I'm so sorry about your dad, Leon," her emerald eyes filled with sympathy. "I heard the news from Miss Andreatha." She was his only companion throughout the school. She is 15 years old, as he is. Now, he will be able to relate fully to her since he's an orphan too. Her pale skin colour brings out a reddish blush whenever she speaks. Her name is Dakara Knightley.
He stood outside the principle's office, emotionless. Not that he wasn't grieving that he found out that his father was away forever now, he just could not comprehend the meaning of loss. He was five then. His mother died mysteriously, he did not remember how. He was referred as a curse by his relatives due to his mother's death. His father sent him to a boarding school distant from home, most probably because he bear a striking resemblance to his mother. He never HATED him, his father never seemed to exist in his life.
"I'm fine, Kara. I just need some time, " as he make his way to the dorm. Sitting by the bedside, gazing at the belongings his father had left for him. Fortunately, there was enough fortune to sustain his life in the boarding school. There lying on the side table was a brown package and a letter on it. He hesitated, still wondering if he should unwrap the package. Curiosity got the better side of him. he reached for the letter, only to find out an ultimate discovery...
