Be our own justice
No words that can wrap up the urgent feeling of longing and needing to see justice.
Be it our personal version of justice.
Or justice from higher authorities.
I came to the conclusion.
"that as long Man is upholding justice, there would be no justice at all."
I do not compromise the law. Nor the rules that are wired into our system centuries ago. These rules are good. They benefit everyone. They stand for the truth. But it is humans who cleverly manipulate, it is us who will find loopholes and put our fist and knuckles to fight for what we call "rights".
There are people still fighting for it. Upholding right values. But they are getting scarcer by the day.
We are generally biased. If you don't agree, just look at the cliques we formed throughout our lives. we judge people before we even know them. its a fact.
It seems that the law will protect and uphold those who are ready to manipulate situations. It seems that justice is simply a weighing scale, tipping for the good of those who are good at words and debates, regardless the issue.
Remember those days, when we were young enough, we were taught that lies were bad. But white lies are acceptable. We are not told directly about this rule, but we are exposed openly to this social norm.
Really, if you choose to seek justice. A lie, is a lie. No bias of colour white or black. That's the law. Dont get me started on grey lies either. But white lies are still acceptable.. there has got to be some room for it somewhere --- that's how life runs it.
Arguably, there are people who will agree on the "Grey Zones". Well, honey, i agree society wants to view grey zones where it should not be there in the first place, just because a lot of people can benefit from being caught up in between. Both good and bad people.
We agree to it. Not because we are colour blind and cannot see the truth clearly, but because there are spaces for correction or manipulation. Nothing is perfect in our world after all, right?
Bah. Venting out frustrations will only make you see more flaws in our systems. And that's fine, until you start wondering if anything or everything that you once pursued for are at a loss. We will not see justice here on earth.
"Human judgement is the poorest, to sentence anyone to penalty at all, is a complex decision.Yet, to not sentence, is giving the possible culprit a chance to freedom instead of punishment."
Trust, is all i can have to people who still uphold values and conjure of wisdom. Only Trust.
We must continue to uphold what is right. Before our world starts seeing only grey.
